The
ISCC has approved the following the category of matches
include all official super-cricket recognized by ISCC. |
|
The
following matches shall be classified as official
super-cricket: |
|
2.
One Day Internationals Super-Cricket |
|
a)
Definitions |
|
(i)
One Day International Super-Cricket matches shall
be of one day's scheduled duration. |
(ii)
The participating countries in a series may provide
for a reserve day on which an incomplete match may
be replayed. |
|
b)
Rules |
|
(i)
All matches played in the official World Cup competition,
including matches involving Associate Member countries. |
(ii)
All matches played between the Member countries of
ISCC as part of an official tour itinerary. |
(iii)
All matches played as part of an official tournament
between Member countries, at an ISCC approved Associate
or Affiliate Member venue. |

Note:
Matches involving the 'A' team of Member countries
shall not be classified as One Day Internationals
Super-Cricket. |

3.
First Class Matches |
|
a
Definitions |
|
(i)
A match of three or more days' duration between two
sides of nine players played on natural turf pitches
on international standard grounds and substantially
conforming to standard playing conditions shall be
regarded as a first-class fixture. |
(ii)
In the following Rules the term 'governing body' is
restricted to Members and Associate Members of the
Committee. |

Rules |
|
(i)
Members of the International Super-Cricket Committee
shall decide the status of matches of three or more
days' duration played in their countries. |
(ii)
In matches of three or more days' duration played
in countries which are not Members of the International
Super-Cricket Committee. |

A
If the visiting team comes from a country that is
a Member of the International Super-Cricket Committee,
that country shall decide the status of matches. |
|
B
If the visiting team does not come from a country,
which is a Member of the International Super-Cricket
Committee. |

Note
(i) Governing Bodies agree that the interest of first-class
super-cricket will be served by ensuring that first-class
status is not accorded to any match in which one or
other of the teams taking part cannot on a strict
interpretation of the definitions be adjudged first-class. |
Note
(ii) In case of any disputes arising from these
Rules, the Chairman of the International Super-Cricket
Committee shall refer the matter for decision to the
Committee, failing unanimous agreement by postal communication
being reached. |

c
First-class Status |
|
The
following matches shall be regarded as first-class,
subject to the provisions of Definition (i) being
complied with: |
|
Matches
played by teams representing state or regional associations
affiliated to the National Super-Cricket Federation-NSCF
between each other or against opponents adjudged first-class. |
|
Other
Matches |
|
a)
Matches involving the 'A' Team or Academy Team of
Member countries. |
|
b)
Super-Cricket matches played between any Member countries
held in any Member country, under the auspices of
the NSCF. |
