application, the International Super-Cricket Committee
may grant a one-time, non-exclusive right to use a
photography, such as a permit to publish a photograph
of a ODISC's Players, Umpires, Referees and ISCC Officials
in a specific publication. Such a right does not include
the right to sublicence uses of the photograph or
to reproduce the photograph for distribution by any
means or in other media. |

permission is granted "© The International Super-Cricket
Committee" must be indicated. |

Other
Photographs |
|
For
uses of photographs, other than those of the ODISC's
Players, Umpires and Refereees, a permission from
the International Super-Cricket Committee, and in
certain cases, from the photographer, is required. |

The
ISCC Awards and Super-Cricket Game. |
|
The
artists and calligraphers of the ISCC Awards and Super-Cricket
Game have granted the International Super-Cricket
Committee to publish these materials. A permission
from the artist and calligrapher concerned is required
for use of any ISCC Awards and Super-Cricket Game. |

The
ODISC's Players etc., Umpires, Referees and ISCC Officials,
Presentation Speeches and Biagraphy etc. |
|
To
use or translate a Presentation Speech etc., or a
Biography of ODISCs' Players, Umpires, Referees and
ISCC Officials, permission has to be granted by the
International Super-Cricket Committee. If granted,
"© The International Super-Cricket Committee" and
relevant year must be stated, the text correctly quoted
and the author identified as the sole author of the
text. All ODISC's Players etc., Umpires, Referees,
and ISCC Officials, Presentation Speeches and Biographies
are published in the book series. |

The
copyright for the ODISC Player's Posters etc., belong
to the ISCC and NSCF,. Permission from these bodies
are required for use of the ODISC Player's Posters

use of an article published on ISCC and www.iscc-super-cricket.org
, permission from the International Super-Cricket
Committee, and in certain cases also from the authors,
is required. |
