ISCC Mission

'As the international governing body for super-cricket, the International Super-Cricket Committee will lead by promoting the Super-Cricket as a world sport, protecting the spirit of super-cricket and optimizing commercial opportunities for the benefit of the super-cricket.'

The International Super-Cricket Committee (ISCC) is the governing body for One-Day International Super-Cricket (ODISC) It is also responsible for the world expansion of the super-cricket through its Associate and Affiliate Members and a major international Development Program.

This extensive remit includes management of the playing conditions relevant to the Super-Cricket at the highest level and the organization of tournaments such as the ISCC Super-Cricket World Cup, the ISCC Champions Trophy, ISCC Women World Cup and other Events (for Associate Members), the ISCC Under 19 Super-Cricket World Cup and the ISCC Trophy and Ansar Trophy etc.

The ISCC also administers the system of independent match referees and umpires ODISCs and manages the Code of Conduct for the international Super-Cricket. Members are the governing bodies for super-cricket of a country recognised by the ISCC, or nations associated for super-cricket purposes, or a geographical area, from which representative teams are qualified to play official ODISCs.

Associate Members are the governing bodies for super-cricket of a country recognised by the ISCC, or countries associated for super-cricket purposes, or a geographical area, which does not qualify as a Member, but where super-cricket is firmly established and organised.

Affiliate Members are the governing bodies for super-cricket of a country recognised by ISCC, or countries associated for super-cricket purposes, or a geographical area (which is not part of one of those already constituted as a Member or Associate Member) where the ISCC recognises that super-cricket is played in accordance with the Rules of Super-Cricket.

That the ISCC is the supreme authority of the Super-Cricket Game. Any person or organisation belonging in any capacity whatsoever to the ISCC is bounded by the provisions of the ISCC & INOC-Charter and shall abide by the decisions of the ISCC & INOC-Charter .

ISCC History

On May 15th, 2005, representatives from India (Foundation Members), initiated by Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI Global President-International Non-Olympic Committee (INOC). And presented in the INOC committee for its approval and legal operation of this international governing body and sport controlling One Day International Super-Cricket worldwide, the finally ISCC & Super-Cricket has been introduced and managed by the INOC to the corners of the World.

It also underpins the financial health of the international Super-Cricket through its commercial relationship with the ISE Cards India Ltd, which would covers One-Day International Super-Cricket tournaments including the ISCC Super-Cricket World Cup etc.

ISCC Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for management of the affairs of the ISCC within the framework of the overall policy of the Committee of the ISCC and having regard to Committee's duties and responsibilities generally including those prescribed in the constitution or by statute or by regulation ISCC & INOC. The prime objective of the Committee being to advance the objectives of the ISCC. It is made up of a representative of each Member country and three representatives nominated by the first founders from the Associate Members.

Membership of the ISCC Executive Committee as at 5th June 2008 for second tenure, and Chairman has nominated its E.C for tenure of one year.

International Super-Cricket Committee

Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI has nominated Global Chairman of the International Super-Cricket Committee (ISCC) by the INOC. He has unanimously nominated by the Founder of the INOC. Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI will lead the Secretariat until his tenure (2009), Delegates' Conference is expected to be held in the spring of 2007.

Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI has had a distinguished career at Lucknow, an international business firm that has good infrastructure an extensive global network in all over the world.  As a Founder & Secretary General-International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC and Founder & Secretary General-International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum (INPPRF) and good relation with world sports leaders and also with governments, public institutions and corporations, and private individuals on a worldwide basis, Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI maintains a wide-ranging personal network of contacts and is very well informed about current trends in globalization and major issues on the INOC, INPPRF & ISCC 's agenda.

Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI has gained an understanding of the mission, projects and potential of the INOC & INPPRF in his role as Secretary General of the International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC and International Nobel Peace Prize Recommendation Forum, an organization which promote non-olympic sports provides recongnition to enable INOC to fulfill its mandate.

ISCC Super-Cricket Committee

The Super-Cricket Committee (SCC) makes recommendations on matters or issues relating to the playing of the game of super-cricket.

Associate Members

Five members of the ISCC will be nominated by all the players (p) from Member teams, five will be nominated by all the Member federations, one member will be nominated by the players from the Associate Members and one will be nominated by the federations of the Associate Members.

The player representatives must have represented their country as a player at full international level. The federation representatives shall have either represented their country as a full international player or have been an international umpire.

The Chairman of the ISCC must be a former international super-cricketer who has played a minimum of thirty ODISCs 30 matches or has captained his country and must have a current link with the game or Expert of the game decided by the first founder members/chairman-ISCC. The Chairman has a casting vote only. The Members of the Committee will be elected for one year or more decided by the ISCC-Chairman.

ISCC Women Super-Cricket Committee

The ISCC Women Super-Cricket Committee (WSCC), to control women super-cricket worldwide, and makes recommendations on matters or issues relating to the women playing of the game of super-cricket.

ISCC Audit Committee

The role of the Audit Committee is to review the ISCC's financial reporting process, the system of internal control and management of financial risks, the audit process and ISCC's process for monitoring compliance with rules and regulations and its own code of ethics.

ISCC Development Committee

2. annual operational plans both worldwide and regionally.

3. the role of the Members, regional associations and general governance principles.

4. funding issues.

ISCC Code of Conduct Commission

The Code of Conduct Commission (CCC)oversees formal enquiries into conduct, which in the opinion of the Executive Federation is prejudicial to the interests of the game of super-cricket and makes recommendations to the Executive Federation on these matters. All Members nominate a panel member. An Official Enquiry is usually conducted by the Chairman and two panel members amongst CCC.

ISCC Development Program

The ISCC Development Program will help the super-cricket worldwide.

It would be launched in 2006 to develop super-cricket into a truly world sport through fostering the Super-Cricket in the existing Associate and Affiliate member countries, will also attracting new Affiliate members.

Although world in its objectives and aims, the program will be delivered through five regional offices; namely Africa, Americas, Asia, East Asia-Pacific and Europe. A Regional Development Officer will staff each region. Key areas of the regional development work include coach and umpire education, provision of equipment, facilities, resources and promotional materials, elite player programs and tournaments on both a local and regional basis.

The program will be funded through the hosting of the ISCC Champions Trophy, which is contested on a two year cycle by the Members and the top two Associate members. The funds will be available to the Development Program (as set by the Chairman Committee) per annum until 2007. These funds would be spread across the five regions and would be used to assist in member country development initiatives as well as staging regional tournaments.
